Job Title: Lead Data Risk Project F/H

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Risk Project F/H to spearhead initiatives that enhance our operational efficiency and optimize our supply chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Continuous Improvement: Leverage ATS Business Model (ABM) tools, consulting skills, and change management process to drive ever-improving results.
  2. Develop and Execute ABM Roadmap: Assist ATS leadership in the development and execution of an ABM roadmap at ATS and act as Champion with ATS Industrial Automation.
  3. Provide Training and Coaching: Directly provide formal and informal ABM training and coaching to employees.
  4. Promote ABM Culture: Promote and facilitate development in various ABM tools, transactional improvements, and kaizen leadership.
  5. Benchmark and Incorporate Best Practices: Benchmark and incorporate best practices within ATS and outside organizations.
  6. Establish and Achieve Goals: Assist in establishing and achieving the Goal Deployment and Strategic Plan objectives.
  7. Utilize Continuous Improvement Methodologies: Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to analyze current processes and identify areas for enhancement.
  8. Establish and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices.
  9. Evaluate and Appoint Global ATS Supply Chain Leader: Evaluate and appoint a Global ATS Supply Chain Leader who would be specifically driving the Supply Chain objectives.
  10. Develop and Implement Supply Chain Strategies: Through the new Global IA Supply Chain Leader, develop and implement supply chain strategies that ensure the efficient and cost-effective flow of materials, products, and information.
  11. Monitor Supply Chain Performance Metrics: Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance reliability and responsiveness.
  12. Identify and Mitigate Supply Chain Risks: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply and achieve best-in-class performance.
  13. Leverage Technology and Data Analytics: Leverage technology and data analytics to drive supply chain innovation and efficiency.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Certification in Lean Six Sigma: Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
  3. Proven Track Record: Proven track record of leading successful improvement initiatives in a manufacturing or service environment.
  4. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive projects from conception to completion.
  5. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
  6. Innovative Thinker: Innovative thinker with a passion for excellence and a commitment to lifelong learning.
