About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Lab Patient Technician and Mobile Lab Patient Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and process patient specimens for testing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform phlebotomies, connect/disconnect holter monitors, and perform ECG tracings.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and facility staff to ensure seamless specimen collection and testing processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient laboratory operations and high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
  • Phlebotomy experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain the strictest standards of patient privacy and confidentiality.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and access to a vehicle.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
