Bakery Specialist

Laleh Bakery Inc. is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings for our wide range of baked goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality products
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet our high standards
- Draw up production schedules to meet tight deadlines
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
Our bakery is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to meet tight deadlines. You will be required to handle heavy loads and perform repetitive tasks.
