Bakery Labourer Job Description

Del's Pastry Limited is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bakery Labourer to join our team. As a Bakery Labourer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
  • Feed and unload processing machines
  • Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
  • Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas
Work Environment:

The Bakery Labourer will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on food safety and handling. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of quality
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
