Job Summary

Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Clerk II to join our team. As a Pharmacy Clerk II, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the Pharmacy Manager in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our valued customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Assist with the processing of customer transactions, including cash handling and point-of-sale operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of pharmacy products and services.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager.
