Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Uhaul Co. (Canada) Ltd. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales workers.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the store.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure efficient store operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
