Job Description

CSL Group is seeking an experienced and ambitious Branch Manager to oversee all branch functions from hiring of employees to managing customer relations to implementing business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage all branch activities in order to achieve goals and targets.
  • Report to the Chief Operating Officer and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Manage the branch budget and set reasonable goals with deadlines for completion.
  • Monitor compliance with such plans and achievement of such deadlines.
  • Set an example by following all company procedures and policies.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Carry out managerial responsibilities including but not limited to: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Landscaping, Construction, and commercial snow removal or related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Bonuses (based on personal & company performance).
  • Leveraging Knowledge, Training, Experience, and Technology.
  • Commercial Landscape Construction.
  • Landscape Management - including Snow and Ice Management Property Care.
  • Property Services.
