Farm Supervisor Job Description

Golden Acre Farms Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring the highest quality crops are produced while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations to ensure optimal crop yields and quality.
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed at all times.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and effective crop production.
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure healthy growth and development.
  • Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market.
Work Environment:

The Farm Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and bending, with a focus on ensuring the physical demands of the job are manageable.
