Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Food Quality Control Technician to join our team at Tradition Fine Foods Ltd. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our food processing operations.

Educational Background
  • No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in conducting air and water quality assessments.
  • Participate in environmental monitoring and protection initiatives.
  • Maintain and operate laboratory equipment efficiently.
  • Set up and execute chemical experiments, tests, and analyses.
  • Compile and maintain records for analytical studies.
  • Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Utilize MS Office for documentation and reporting.
  • Support the development of sampling and analysis programs to uphold quality standards.
  • Contribute to the establishment of health and safety protocols.
  • Interpret experimental or analytical results accurately.
  • Assist in the design and construction of experimental apparatus.
  • Develop and conduct comprehensive sampling and analysis programs.
  • Prepare solutions of gases or liquids, reagents, and sample formulations.
  • Facilitate safety training programs for staff.
Analytical Skills
  • Proficient in sampling techniques.
  • Familiarity with biological methodologies.
