Role Summary: As a Platform Engineer specializing in digital solutions, you will play a vital role in advancing our digital initiatives within an agile framework. Our operational model consists of two key components: Digital Capability and Digital Execution. Digital Execution focuses on aligning various missions with business objectives and promoting collaboration on a broader scale, while Digital Capability emphasizes the growth and development of individuals within specific areas of expertise. This dual structure allows us to efficiently scale agile practices while maintaining a strong focus on product development and individual skill enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Development and Configuration: Design, develop, and configure business platforms tailored to our organizational needs, which may include programming, settings configuration, and software integration.
- System Integration: Ensure smooth integration among various business platforms and systems to enhance data flow and operational efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly assess platform performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement enhancements to improve user experience.
- User Support and Training: Provide technical assistance to platform users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure effective platform utilization.
- Initiative Execution: Actively engage in various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve desired outcomes and realize Value from enterprise platforms through continuous integration and deployment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members within your division and across other digital and business units.
- Continuous Learning: Pursue ongoing professional development to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in your area of expertise.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration with a focus on Finance.
- 7+ years of experience in SAP, particularly in SAP FICO, with a proven track record in leading large-scale SAP business transformation programs, including at least 2 S/4 Hana projects.
- Strong accounting knowledge is advantageous.
- Experience in business analysis or technical analysis, demonstrating the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
- Solid understanding of information technology, software development life cycles, and architectural frameworks, with familiarity in programming languages and software development tools being beneficial.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with diverse stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Attention to detail in documenting requirements and project specifications.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements and project priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role directing or managing finance teams in an offshore model.
- Ability to resolve complex support queries and configure/test support-related queries in GL, PCA, AR, and AP finance areas, with strong integration knowledge of other FICO sub-modules.
- Experience in large, complex SAP implementations, particularly in multi-country environments.
- Comprehensive SAP application and technical knowledge, especially in the finance domain.
- Hands-on experience with designing, configuring, and implementing SAP solutions and modules, specifically FICO, covering finance and controlling business processes.
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA, SAP ECC, and related applications.
- Familiarity with user experience and mobility solutions such as SAP FIORI.
- Knowledge of analytics and business intelligence tools like SAP BW4/HANA.
- Experience with application integration technologies.
- Ability to work in highly matrixed environments managing global teams.
