Senior Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct maintenance and repair services on various equipment
  • Assemble new machinery and perform pre-delivery inspections
  • Test, evaluate, repair, adjust, and maintain equipment
  • Facilitate equipment demonstrations for clients
  • Document all service activities and materials utilized
  • Assist with seasonal inventory of equipment parts
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Operate forklifts for loading and unloading tasks
  • Provide support to the Shop Supervisor as needed
Qualifications:
  • Certification in a mechanical trade
  • Experience with forklifts and wheel loaders
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel internationally
