Job Title: Vice President, Structuring

Our client organization operates manufacturing facilities across North America, with over 900 employees. They produce packaging products in the retail, food service, produce, and protective packaging industries.

Job Summary

The Vice President of Sales & Marketing will lead and manage sales activities to achieve corporate goals. As a member of the Executive Management Team, this role participates in and contributes to the company's overall strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience
  • Experience directly leading a sales team
  • Experience managing national accounts
  • Self-starter with a determination to succeed
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible to travel
What We Offer

Salary based on qualifications and experience is competitively based. In-office location is Brampton, Ontario. Required to work off-cycle hours and varying amounts of overtime.
