Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
