- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
- Fast-paced food service establishment
- Relocation costs covered by employer
- Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Prepare and submit detailed reports
- Compile food order summaries for the chef
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team
Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
