Role Overview: Insurance Broker
In the capacity of an Insurance Broker, your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales objectives through generating quotes and fostering new business referrals. Each day, you will cultivate enduring relationships with clients, assisting them in safeguarding their most valued assets.
Daily Responsibilities
Deliver quotes and facilitate the sale of new insurance policies to clients through various communication channels Assist clients in acquiring their home and auto insurance policies Develop and maintain strong client relationships while meeting sales goals Follow up on client accounts to address any outstanding matters Conduct outreach for new business opportunities and timely follow-ups for existing clientsQualifications and Skills
No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided for suitable candidates Possession of a RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License is advantageous Proficient in using various computer applications Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in person, over the phone, and via email Previous experience in achieving sales targets in a similar role is preferred Familiarity with EPIC software is a plusWork Schedule
Full-time / 35 hours per week
Compensation
Salary Range: $45,000 - $61,000
