Join the Asset Protection Team at Shoppers Drug Mart

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Asset Protection Representative to join our team in Winnipeg. As an Asset Protection Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deter, detect, and apprehend theft and fraud within retail locations
  • Collaborate with other Asset Protection Representatives to investigate Organized Retail Crime (ORC) cases
  • Build and maintain partnerships with Associate-Owners and their teams by communicating and providing training on Asset Protection policies and procedures
  • Assist Associate-Owners and their teams with incident de-escalation
  • Participate in Community Events

Requirements:

  • Valid Provincial Security Guard License required
  • Basic understanding of the Criminal Code of Canada, Trespass to Property Act, and Powers of Arrest
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
  • Strong collaborative skills and a willingness to support Associate-Owners
