Job Summary:

As a member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for testing RF devices in a laboratory setting. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing RF test plans to prove device performance
  • Processing data and preparing test reports
  • Troubleshooting and running setup validation tests to guarantee accuracy and repeatability
  • Supporting cross-functional teams to drive engineering test projects forward
  • Developing new techniques to streamline test processes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience in RF component testing
  • 5+ years of experience in high-performance mixed-signal IC lab characterization and testing
  • Familiarity with common programming languages such as LabView and Python
  • Proficiency with test equipment including RF sources, pulse generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, power meters, power supplies, and digital multi-meters
  • Knowledgeable in RF Test, including s-parameters, noise figure, power, pulsed power, TOI, DEVM, and harmonics
  • Knowledgeable in GPIB, IEEE 488.2, serial communications
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
