Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lobster Processor to join our team at B.Ad Ltée. As a Lobster Processor, you will be responsible for cutting, cleaning, and trimming fish or seafood prior to marketing or further processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut, clean, and trim fish or seafood prior to marketing or further processing
  • Disjoint and remove meat from lobsters or other crustaceans preparatory to canning or further processing
  • Work in a noisy, wet/damp environment with odours
  • Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Use manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train
  • Flexibility, reliability, and team player skills required
  • Bonus and piece work compensation
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week
  • English or French language proficiency
