We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Department Manager at No Frills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring store shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards, ensuring a visually appealing shopping experience for customers.
  • Accurately scan products and identify inventory needs, assisting with ordering to meet customer demand.
  • Set up company-directed promotions and programs, driving sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure department areas are clean and safe, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Manage department schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • A team player with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results.
  • Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer questions and concerns.
  • Motivated to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.

What We Offer:

  • Flexibility to work a variety of departments and hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Able to move up to 50lbs and maintain constant mobility throughout the shift.
