Join Our Team as a Journeyman Auto Body Technician

Capital Ford Lincoln (Winnipeg) is seeking a skilled Journeyman Auto Body Technician to join our team at our state-of-the-art Collision Center.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and certified technician to work on a variety of vehicles, from passenger cars to trucks and SUVs. As a Journeyman Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing damaged vehicles to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and refinish damaged vehicles to their original condition
  • Work on a variety of vehicles, including passenger cars, trucks, and SUVs
  • Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest repair techniques and technologies
  • Meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements
  • 2 years experience in a Body Shop environment
  • Completion of Red Seal Journeyperson Certification
  • Experience in writing supplements
  • Read and understand insurance claims
  • Valid driver's license
  • Advanced decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain professionalism during high-volume periods
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
