Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at MANPREET & KAMALPREET GILL FARM. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring the highest quality crop production and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
  • Maintain quality control and production records
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Hire and train staff
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Perform general farm duties
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
