About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Printing Machine Operator to join our team at SurePrint Avenida. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our printing equipment to ensure high-quality output and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Job Preparation
    • Review work orders to determine job specifications and requirements
    • Set up and make adjustments to printing machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Printing Operations
    • Operate and monitor printing machines during print runs, making adjustments as needed to ensure high-quality output
    • Input codes and key in programming data on console keyboards of computerized machines
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience
    • Operate and maintain computerized high-speed color copiers, laser printers, and other printing equipment
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced production environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and bending
    • Meet tight deadlines and work under pressure to ensure timely completion of print runs
