Job Title: Application Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Development Manager to join our team at OLG. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our application solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of application solutions to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that application solutions drive desired business results
  • Develop and maintain code and configuration repositories to ensure code is centrally monitored and managed
  • Provide application support, including on-call support as required
  • Identify potential solution risks and escalate to relevant stakeholders to ensure mitigation strategies are in place
Requirements:
  • Minimum six (6) years' experience in progressively advancing roles within Technology or closely related function
  • Minimum of four (4) years' experience in solution application/infrastructure design, development, and/or delivery
  • Post-secondary degree, preferably in Enterprise Technology Systems, business administration discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
