About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recreation Program Leader to join our team at Herald Language College Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Plan Activities

Develop and implement engaging recreational programs for students, focusing on arts and crafts, sports, and fitness activities.

Lead and Instruct Groups

Lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Coordinate Events

Assist with the coordination of recreational, sport, and fitness events, ensuring smooth execution and excellent customer service.

Ensure Health and Safety

Monitor recreational, sports, or fitness activities to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance when required.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Schedule

30 to 40 hours per week.
