Service Parts Specialist

REAL-R is seeking a dedicated and skilled Parts Technician to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and outstanding organizational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming inquiries, welcoming callers, supplying information, redirecting calls, and/or documenting messages
- Generating cost estimates
- Coordinating repair schedules and service appointments
- Procurement of necessary components
- Gathering parts for service tasks
- Managing shipping and receiving operations
- Overseeing job scheduling
- Interpreting Fire Alarm and Sprinkler system reports
- Providing job quotes and assessments
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a service or parts environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office setting
- Forklift operation experience is required
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative team player
- Experience in the fire protection sector is advantageous
