- Prepare Budgets and Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.
- Coordinate Services: Arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations as needed to maintain facilities.
- Manage Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records, including receipts and invoices, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed to ensure they can perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
