Job Overview:

In the role of Campus Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing the Campus Recruitment Strategy specifically designed for the Malaysian context. Your responsibilities will include guiding and supporting the recruitment team, ensuring that effective local and strategic university recruiting programs are established to attract a high caliber of graduate and undergraduate candidates as determined by organizational and national leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

University Engagement and Early Career Recruitment:

  1. Establish and nurture strong partnerships with Malaysian universities.
  2. Oversee and manage the complete recruitment process at universities.
  3. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance workforce development strategies.
  4. Align with global strategies for university engagement and recruitment.
  5. Provide expert advice and recommendations to business leaders, developing methodologies for attracting and retaining graduates.
  6. Create and deliver presentations, participate in career fairs, and conduct campus interviews.

Data Analysis:

  1. Support the team in deriving insights and making informed decisions by utilizing analytics to evaluate campus recruitment data.
  2. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.

Branding and Innovation:

  1. Improve the candidate brand experience through the use of social media, video marketing, and other digital platforms.
  2. Enhance the company's employment and talent brand.
  3. Engage in taskforces to conduct innovative campus engagement initiatives.

Business Advisory:

  1. Evaluate client needs, educate them on the campus recruitment landscape, and set realistic expectations based on market insights.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  1. Achieve objectives by working collaboratively with extended teams, peer groups, and business leaders amidst various demands.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
  2. Strong knowledge of the Malaysian educational system and labor market.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with universities and other stakeholders.
  5. Experience in campus recruitment and workforce development initiatives.
  6. Ability to leverage data and analytics for decision-making.
  7. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
  8. Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools.
