Job Title: Sales Associate Sunglass Hut

Job Summary:

Sunglass Hut is a global leader in the sale of premium sunglasses with over 1600 retail stores across North America. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in the success of our team by providing an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty, and consistently meeting sales targets.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by making a connection, paying attention to detail, and offering a personalized and unique shopping experience resulting in customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management, and taking pride in the appearance of the store.
  • Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect and promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Embrace new technology and change with high accuracy
  • Self-accountability for sales results through the use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
