Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all guests.
  • Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stock on shelves and product displays.
  • Assist with inventory management and system maintenance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
