Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role or equivalent experience
Work Environment

This position is based in the employer's residence, providing a personalized approach to childcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform light housekeeping and maintain cleanliness in the home
  • Guide children in personal hygiene and foster their social development
  • Ensure a safe and healthy atmosphere for children
  • Organize engaging activities, including games and outings
  • Prepare and serve balanced and nutritious meals
  • Supervise and provide care for children
  • Attend to the emotional needs of children
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
  • Assist with immediate settlement needs for newcomers and refugees, including housing and transportation
  • Engage with individuals displaced by conflict or natural disasters
  • Facilitate foreign credential recognition for newcomers
Youth Support Initiatives
  • Participate in community programs that promote youth employment
  • Provide tailored on-the-job training for young individuals
  • Offer mentorship and networking opportunities
  • Conduct awareness training to foster an inclusive work environment for youth
