Key Responsibilities:- Manage Work Schedules: Develop and oversee staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
- Oversee Food Preparation: Supervise and coordinate all food preparation activities to maintain high standards.
- Staff Training: Provide training to team members on their roles and safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service quality meet our established standards.
- Budget Management: Prepare and analyze budget estimates and financial reports.
- Tray Assembly Inspection: Check the assembly of trays to guarantee accuracy and presentation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate is necessary.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential.
- Setting: Fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Team Supervision: Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
- Financial Incentives: Eligible for gratuities.
- Employment Type: Temporary position with a commitment of 35 hours per week.
