Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stock Unloader Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Stock Unloader Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and Process Merchandise: Unload trailers, process merchandise, and move pallets to the store floor in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Ensure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and objectives, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Previous Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment is an asset.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
  • Ability to Lift and Move Heavy Objects: The ability to lift and move heavy objects is required for this position.
