- Inventory Management: Estimate and order necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure food and service adhere to established quality standards.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Order Preparation: Prepare summaries of food orders for the chef.
- Tray Assembly Supervision: Oversee the assembly of food trays.
- Delivery Oversight: Supervise the delivery of food trolleys to customers.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals, including cooks and kitchen helpers.
Personal Attributes:We seek candidates who demonstrate a strong client focus, flexibility, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Experience:A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
