Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Railway Engineering Co-op. As a co-op student, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and gain hands-on experience in the field of railway engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of yard schematics using AutoCAD and Google Earth
  • Develop asset enrichment templates and enter data
  • Support the operations of LiDAR collection
  • Participate in hi-rail training with Roadmasters and Inspectors
  • Travel across the CP network, with the possibility of being away from home office for up to two weeks at a time

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Civil or Mechanical Engineering program
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
