Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor Intern to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a Client Advisor Intern, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify sales and referral opportunities and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of client services
Requirements
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong digital literacy and proficiency in using technology to deliver client services
