Job Title: Machine Learning Specialist

Bounteous x Accolite is a leading digital engineering and technology services company that helps ambitious brands succeed in a rapidly changing world. We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement machine learning models to derive insights from research publications, legal documents, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform technical analysis and software development to drive business solutions.
  • Engage in machine learning projects, including problem definition, data engineering, model design, and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans to ensure timely and effective project execution.
  • Apply strong data analysis, processing, and discovery skills to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, data science, machine learning, or a related quantitative field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in machine learning, predictive analysis, data science, knowledge bases, recommendation systems, and information retrieval.
  • Strong understanding of foundational concepts and applied experience in machine learning and model explainability.
  • Experience with LLM models and Open AI.
  • Deep knowledge of advanced statistical theories, methodologies, and inference tools.
  • Proven track record in Bayesian inference, hierarchical models, deep learning, Gaussian processes, and causal inference.
  • Practical experience in preparing data for machine learning and integrating with big-data platforms and high-performance computing ecosystems.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with vendor products such as Microsoft AI Builder (Power Platform) and CO Pilot.
  • Familiarity with Azure and AWS frameworks.
  • Experience with non-English natural language processing.
  • ML libraries H2O, Keras, and TensorFlow.
  • Experience with deep learning.
  • Banking/financial services experience is a plus.
