Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

GURU NANAK ENTERPRISES is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including work schedules and inventory management.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Client focus, flexibility, and team player skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring excellent time management and organizational skills. The role involves standing for extended periods and working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
