We are a rapidly growing bakery, COBS Bread, seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker at COBS Bread, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bread products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with other Bakers and the Production Manager to ensure the quality and range of bread products meet COBS Bread standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to COBS Bread's safety protocols and standards.
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to the bakery team.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Previous experience in baking and customer service is preferred, but not essential as we offer comprehensive training.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overnight and early morning shifts.
- Physical ability to lift 25kg.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
