We are seeking a skilled Contract Field Operator to join our team at Omega Project Solutions in Christina Lake, AB. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our process units.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and control process conditions to ensure optimal performance and safety
* Identify and troubleshoot abnormal operational events
* Support maintenance schedules and prepare equipment for scheduled work
* Develop and review procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Complete and review e-Log entries
* Conduct walk-arounds and participate in formal safety audits
* Perform regulatory compliance checks and reporting requirements
* Support commissioning and start-up of new equipment and processes
* Contribute to a work environment that supports a motivated and productive team

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of operating experience
* Relevant industry experience an asset
* Preference for Fourth Class Certificate with progression towards Third or Second Class Steam Certification
* Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
* Valid Class 5 Driver's License
