We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Shuswap Lake General Hospital (SLH) in Salmon Arm, B.C. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing assessment, treatment planning, and implementation to patients and/or their caregivers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote functional independence and optimal health outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Recognition of previous experience when determining starting salary
