The Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily activities within the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Educational Requirements- Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
- Delegate tasks to sales associates to optimize performance.
- Authorize payment transactions via cheque.
- Manage inventory orders to maintain stock levels.
- Approve merchandise returns in accordance with company policy.
- Develop and implement work schedules for staff.
- Compile and analyze reports related to sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
- Ensure proper organization and maintenance of inventory.
Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
Experience Requirements- Prior experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months is preferred.

- Working Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
