Work Environment

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Technology Architect to join our Technology & Data Solutions team. In this critical role, you will report to the Senior Director of Technology & Data Solutions and will be responsible for steering the strategic planning, design, and execution of our internal systems architecture, while also managing our business capability model.
Your leadership will be vital in transforming our business operations through the development of robust, scalable frameworks for our core systems, including ERP, CRM, and HRIS. This role will ensure that our technology infrastructure aligns seamlessly with our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture blueprint that aligns with organizational goals and strategies.
- Establish and document architectural principles, standards, and guidelines for the enterprise.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure the architecture blueprint meets current and future needs, fostering continuous improvement.
- Regularly review and update the architecture to adapt to technological advancements and evolving business requirements.
- Implement a transformative enterprise-wide business systems architecture strategy to enhance operational scalability and efficiency.
- Manage the business capability model, ensuring it accurately reflects current capabilities and anticipates future needs.
- Collaborate with various business units to identify system requirements and opportunities for process optimization.
- Design and implement scalable, secure solutions across key business systems, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Oversee the selection and deployment of new technologies that improve business operations and user experiences.
- Lead system integration initiatives, particularly post-mergers and acquisitions, ensuring cohesive functionality.
- Promote modern architectural practices that support business agility and data-driven decision-making.
- Stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge in our architecture.
- Facilitate regular updates to the business capability model, engaging stakeholders to ensure its relevance and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise or systems architecture, with a focus on managing business systems within a dynamic organization.
- Extensive knowledge of major business systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS) and experience in business process re-engineering.
- Proficiency in cloud-based platforms essential for business operations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to deliver scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to analyze large data sets and make informed decisions.
- Desirable: TOGAF or equivalent EA certification.
