Role Responsibilities:

The Grill Cook will be responsible for:

  • Efficiently preparing, portioning, cooking, and presenting a diverse range of hot and cold food items for various meal services, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events.
  • Providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food.
  • Executing fast food cooking tasks and producing items for a la carte, buffet, or grill stations.
  • Adhering to federal, provincial, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality food service.
  • Following recipes and product guidelines for the preparation of soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other menu items.
  • Operating kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients, as well as preparing fruits, vegetables, and proteins for cooking.
  • Monitoring food production, estimating requirements, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment in compliance with company policies.
  • Participating in training programs and safety meetings as required.
