Educational Requirements- Completion of College/CEGEP or equivalent experience is required.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive document inventories.
- Classify, code, cross-reference, log, and securely store records.
- Compile and analyze statistics and reports related to records management services.
- Implement and regularly update records classification, retention, and disposal schedules.
- Label, prepare, and transfer information files in accordance with established records management protocols.
- Maintain access lists for security-classified records to ensure confidentiality.
- Utilize information retrieval systems to research and extract necessary records.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Experience with computer-assisted records management systems.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Demonstrates accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exhibits strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Highly organized and a collaborative team player.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in records management is preferred.
- Free parking available.
- Permanent position with a standard work schedule of 35 hours per week.
- Work language: English.
