Job Summary:
The Senior Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve a variety of high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
- Lead and manage the development of application systems and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in application development and technology leadership.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis roles.
- Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- 8+ years of experience in C#.Net development.
- 8+ years of experience in web technologies - HTML, CSS, Javascript.
Education:
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
