Shift Supervisor for a reputable client in the manufacturing sector, specializing in stamped automotive components.
As the
Shift Supervisor, you will report directly to the Production Manager.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading a team of 5-10 individuals, implementing efficient processes, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations, and facilitating operational improvements.
