Job Title: Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Westside Canada Immigration Ltd.

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Promotional Materials

Design and create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts to promote our services.

Manage Contracts

Oversee the development and management of marketing contracts with external vendors and partners.

Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures

Develop and manage marketing budgets and ensure that expenses are within approved limits.

Act as Spokesperson for an Organization

Represent Westside Canada Immigration Ltd. at industry events and conferences.

Initiate and Maintain Contact with the Media

Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists to promote our services.

Prepare and/or Deliver Educational, Publicity and Information Programs, Materials and Sessions

Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate clients and stakeholders about our services.

Maintain and Manage Digital Database

Manage and maintain our digital database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Gather, Research and Prepare Communications Material

Research and gather information to develop marketing materials and communications.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
