We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at 952236 Ontario Limited. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions, ensuring that all dishes are presented to a high standard.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we are operating efficiently.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Bonus and gratuities.
- Permanent work term.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Work language: English.
