Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Painter

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Painter to join our team at Corrcoat Services Inc. As an Industrial Maintenance Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Mix and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Estimate costs and materials for painting projects.
  • Operate equipment and machinery, including brush painting and conventional spray painting.
  • Work in various locations, including outdoors and confined spaces.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in painting and finishing.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and team player.
