About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team at National Concrete Accessories. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload and store incoming shipments, verifying quantities and product quality
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, adhering to company safety protocols
- Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials and products
- Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize warehouse operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
