Mixologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Mixologist to join our team at Fox Harb'r Resort. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests, while maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• To serve all guests and respond to any inquiries according to Fox Harb'r Banquet standards
• To handle guest concerns, compliments and suggestions in a professional informed manner
• To learn and maintain knowledge of all beverages featured in our menus
• To provide full food and beverage service to guests seated at the bar
• To prepare beverages promptly and accurately for servers and guests
• To maintain cleanliness behind the bar
• To assist other Team members as needed or when business needs dictate
• To demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team members

Requirements:

• Highly organized
• Desire to be part of a team and contribute as such
• Complete technical bartender knowledge
• Ability to assert authority and make sound judgments with confidence
• Cost Control Skills
• Cash Handling Skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
